Q: Where are you located?

A: Panther City Cookie Co. is located in Fort Worth,Texas 76108.  We operate out of our home under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

 

Q: Are your cookies available to ship?

A: As a Cottage Bakery under the Texas Cottage Food Law, we are not permitted to offer shipping of our baked goods.  All orders must be picked up from our home address which is provided at the time of order placement.

 

Q: Are you inspected by the local health department?

A: This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

 

Q: How far in advance should I place my custom cookie order?

A: We tend to book up about 3-4 weeks in advance.  A good rule to go by is the earlier the better.  That way it crosses them off your "to do" list and also gives us plenty of time to get you taken care of.

 

Q: Do you have an order minimum?

A: For any custom order, we require a 1 dozen minimum.

 

Q: Do you offer any allergen free options?

A: We offer gluten free cookie options starting at $45 per dozen, but they are not made in a gluten free kitchen.  Please reach out to us for more information by filling out our Custom Order form. 

It is also important to note that while our signature recipe does not include nuts, they are not made in a nut-free kitchen.

 

Q: How much do you charge?

A: Custom cookie orders start out at $40 and go up from there.  The price depends on how many colors are used, how intricate the details are, and how large the cookies are.  We do require the full payment up front in order to get on our calendar.

 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Orders can be canceled no later than 2 weeks in advance for a 50% refund. By picking up your order, you are accepting responsibility of care for the cookies. No refunds will be given after order pickup.
